HOL offers regular training courses for teachers.
In cooperation with educational institutions, workshops are offered both inside and outside the school.
In association with HEfP, internships were carried out in Barcelona on behalf the managing director and director of the school with the aim of getting to know the methods in a European Montessori school and, furthermore, to provide assistance with management issues and marketing strategies. The offer was supported by the "Escola Montessori" in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat/ Barcelona and the "ESCI- Escuela Superior de Comercio Internacional", Barcelona.
